Sinus Pressure Relief
When your nasal passages are inflamed, it can result to dizziness and sinus pressure. The sinuses are the air cavities in the face that purifies the air you inhale by filtering foreign elements. More specifically, these sinuses are the air-filled spaces within your facial bones and around your nose, eyes and cheeks. The sinuses are responsible for the production of mucus which are helpful in removing air pollutants during the process of respiration, thus freeing and protecting the lungs from foreign elements. Mucus production is also necessary as it keeps the nose moist.
Sinus pressure conditions usually occur when your nasal passages are irritated and blocked due to environmental allergens or viral infections. Due to this, the sinuses produce mucus excessively in order to eliminate the allergens or viruses. However, increased production of thick mucus can block the sinuses and this is when sinus pressure occurs. The trapped mucus in the nasal passages creates a breathing ground for bacteria and disrupts proper breathing. However, there is a sinus pressure relief that can help you deal with such condition.

- Runny nose with thick yellowish or greenish nasal discharge
- Pain behind the eyes
- Severe headache
